Welcome to Day Two

Today's class is an invitation to soften the way you move and relate to your body.

Not to push. Not to fix. Not to force change.

Instead, we’re practising listening, noticing how your body feels today and letting that guide the movement. This class is about choosing kindness over effort, awareness over intensity, and support over strain.

As you move, I encourage you to let go of how you think you should feel or what you think you should be doing. There’s no goal to reach and nothing to prove here. Just gentle, mindful movement designed to help you feel a little more spacious, a little more supported, and a little more at ease in your body.

Take your time, rest whenever you need, and trust that this slower, kinder approach is exactly what helps your body feel safer, and ultimately stronger.
