Todays class is here for the days when your body feels heavy, your mind feels flat, and the idea of “doing more” just isn’t helpful. Instead of pushing for energy, we’re going to gently invite it back.
Through slow, nourishing movement, breath-led flow, and supportive core work, you’ll wake up your muscles without draining your reserves. We’ll focus on restoring circulation, improving mobility, and reconnecting you to a sense of lightness and ease, the kind of energy that feels steady and sustainable, not rushed or forced.
Move at your own pace today. Take pauses when you need them. Trust that even a little mindful movement can shift how you feel.
By the end of this class, you should feel more awake, more connected, and gently refreshed,  like you’ve pressed reset, not hit fast-forward.
