Today we have a gentle, feel-good practice to bring everything together and leave you feeling calm, connected, and quietly energised. There’s a sense of ease here, not rushing, not forcing, just allowing your body to move in a way that feels natural and nourishing. We’ll gently explore mobility, strength, and flow, inviting your body to move with more freedom and confidence than when you began this challenge.
Let this be a moment to notice how far you’ve come over the past seven days,  not in terms of performance, but in awareness, consistency, and kindness toward your body.
By the end of this session, you may feel more fluid, more present, and more at home in your body, a beautiful reminder that movement can support you, not drain you.
