Todays class is about arriving, not fixing, forcing, or achieving anything.
In a world that constantly asks you to do more and push harder, this class is an invitation to pause, soften, and begin again… with your breath.
Breath is where nourishment starts. It gently settles the nervous system, creates space in the body, and brings you back into relationship with yourself. There’s nothing to get right here. No need to breathe deeply or perfectly. Simply noticing your breath is enough.
As we move through this practice, let the breath guide you. Listen to your body. Follow sensations rather than expectations. If something feels supportive, stay with it. If it doesn’t, soften, adjust, or rest.
This is your permission to move slowly, to meet yourself exactly as you are today, and to remember that gentle, mindful movement can be deeply powerful.
So take a moment now to settle in.
Feel the surface beneath you.
