Welcome to Day Four

 

Today’s class is about reconnecting with your core in a way that feels safe, steady, and supportive, not intense or effort-heavy. Rather than “working hard,” we’ll focus on awareness, breath, and gentle activation of your deeper support muscles.

This class is designed to help you feel held from the inside out. Through slow, controlled movements and calm breathing, you’ll invite your core to switch on naturally, supporting your spine, posture, and everyday movement without strain or bracing.

I’d like to invite you to Move with curiosity rather than pressure. If something feels like too much, soften, pause, or make it smaller. This practice is about building trust and stability, not pushing limits.

By the end of the class, you may notice a sense of quiet strength, better support through your body, and a feeling of grounded ease.

Let’s move gently and begin to build your core of support.
