Welcome to Day Five

 

Today's class is  a gentle, nourishing class designed to help your body let go of built-up tension and return to a sense of ease.

Today’s practice is slow, supportive, and deeply calming. We’ll focus on soft, fluid movements that encourage release through areas that often hold stress, while gently restoring length, space, and balance in your body. This is not about effort or achievement, it’s about giving your nervous system permission to soften and your muscles time to unwind.

Move at a pace that feels kind. Pause whenever you need. Trust that even small, mindful movements can create meaningful shifts.

By the end of this session, you may notice your body feels lighter, more spacious, and quietly supported,  a gentle reminder that restoration is just as powerful as strengthening.
