I'm a Pilates & movement teacher with over 18 years of experience helping people develop strong, flexible fluid bodies. I love helping my clients rebalance their bodies, gain improved flexibility and strength and overcome their aches and pains. My favourite tools are targeted myofascial release with a foam roller, mobility range of motion exercises and Pilates.
