Hi, I'm Tina Boylan!

 Discovering therapeutic Pilates was one of the best things that has ever happened to me.

 As far back as high school I started suffering from persistent neck and back pain due to scoliosis, and in my early twenties, a desk job that drove my shoulders up to my ears, making the tension much worse. That ongoing tightness and pain led me to try Pilates, and it changed my life. Pilates reduced the pain and improved my overall wellbeing. I felt better after each class, but I saw a real difference in how I moved and felt within a few weeks of starting Pilates.

 That dramatic change in my own body inspired me to become a Pilates instructor. I wanted to help others find the relief I’d found. 

 Since I started teaching online, I’ve implemented my own style of mindful, therapeutic Pilates, which blends physical movement with meditation and body awareness, and the results have been highly impactful for my students. I incorporate affirmations that help center and calm the mind and, unlike most Pilates classes, we use foam rolling, which can reduce muscle soreness, alleviate joint pain, break up knots in tight areas, and more.  

 Over my 20 years of teaching therapeutic Pilates, I've helped thousands of people overcome their aches and pains and develop strong, flexible and confident bodies—all through mindful therapeutic Pilates.
