Day Seven: Keep The Momentum Going

Welcome to Day #7 of our 7-day Core Kickstart!

I hope this program has been helpful for you. I've really enjoyed putting it together and I just want to say thank you so much for participating and coming this far with me. I hope by now you’re feeling stronger and more confident in your body.

After completing a program like this and experiencing the benefits of regular practice you have a few choices you could make:
