Day Seven: Keep The Momentum Going
Welcome to Day #7 of our 7-day Core Kickstart!
I hope this program has been helpful for you. I've really enjoyed putting it together and I just want to say thank you so much for participating and coming this far with me. I hope by now you’re feeling stronger and more confident in your body.
After completing a program like this and experiencing the benefits of regular practice you have a few choices you could make:
- Stop practicing regularly and go back to feeling tight, tired, achey and sore (please don't do this).
- Take on the advice in this program and keep practicing regularly on your own.
- Join my Soul Nourishing Pilates Online Studio and get access to my support, our wonderful community and on-demand library of classes to alleviate your aches and pains and leave you feeling flexible, strong and energised.Â
This is for you if you want:
Gentle movement for relief – Low-impact Pilates classes designed to ease tension, improve circulation, and reduce stiffness.
To improve your energy naturally – Movement that helps fight fatigue by increasing blood flow and releasing feel-good endorphins.
Support for aching joints & muscles – Classes focus on mobility, release work, and strengthening to relieve common aches and pains.
Classes that are doable even when you’re tired – Short, effective classes (some just 5-10 minutes) make it easy to move without overwhelming your body.
To restore instead of push – A balanced approach that prioritises recovery and self-care, not exhaustion.
Guidance you can trust – Safe, expertly designed workouts to meet you where you are, whether you need a gentle stretch or strength-building.
No pressure, just support – A welcoming community and flexible schedule so you can show up in a way that works for you.
To sleep better & feel refreshed – Regular Pilates can help improve sleep quality by reducing stress and tension in the body.
Something that's easy to fit into your life – Practice from home at your own pace, no need to commute or commit to a rigid schedule.
