Welcome - I'm so glad you're here. Press play whenever you're ready. All you need is a little floor space and about ten minutes.

This class is a gentle introduction to the way I teach, slow, mindful movement that works with your body, not against it. No rushing, no pushing through, no complicated choreography to decode. Just you, your breath, and ten minutes of feeling genuinely good in your body.

A couple of things before you begin:

Listen to your body throughout - if something doesn't feel right, simply rest. You know your body best.

And if you want to get the most out of it  - find a quiet spot, roll out your mat, and give yourself full permission to just be here for ten minutes. You deserve that.
