I created this membership for people who want the benefits of regular practice, but can't easily get to the studio. After 16 years of working with people to help them move and feel better, its obvious that the people who get the best results are the ones who practice regularly.
Work your whole body
Only focusing on exercises and releases for your problem area is a bit like a bandaid. You might think the problem is resolved but after some time it may return. For sustainable, long lasting results you need to work your whole body regularly. Our weekly classes inside the membership help you do just that.

A library of classes & tutorials
One months membership will cost you less than one studio class. You’ll get access to a library of full length classes (40-50min), with a new one added each Saturday at 8:30am AEST. With 24/7 access to your members area you can practice whenever it suits you. If there's a particular class you like you can do it as many times as you like! You'll also get access to a library of my short practice tutorials focused on body specific areas such as neck & shoulders, knees, hips upper and lower back. If you have a particular area you want to focus on, combine these short practices with the full length classes for excellent results.

Go deeper with Pilates props
Working with the small apparatus such as a theraband, spikey ball, foam roller and Pilates ball allows us to go deeper and be more targeted with the exercises and releases. Areas of focus so far have been hip, knee, shoulder, upper and lower back, neck, spinal mobility, and classes designed to help energise and replenish you. If there is something specific you want to work on that isn't listed here please let me know and I'll create a class for you! The small apparatus also adds variety to your workout to keep things interesting. Don’t worry if you don’t have the props at home, pay $20 extra your first month and we'll ship you everything you need! See below for this very special offer!

Something for your body mind and soul
If you're like me you're busy! You want to meditate and workout for the benefits you get: reduced stress, improved concentration, decreased anxiety & depression & a stronger freer better feeling body. But there are only so many hours in a day! In each class we'll work on Pilates exercises to work your core and mobilise your spine, plus we'll incorporate myofascial release and targeted strength work PLUS we’ll finish with a short meditation so that in one 40-50 min class you'll have done something for your body, mind and soul!
